Data and the Human

The paper below encompasses the learnings found during my honors coursework: Data and the Human. This paper discusses the use of artificial intelligence to write a paper that passes the Turing Test. The Turing Test is a measure of a machine's ability to exhibit intelligent behavior equivalent to, or indistinguishable from, that of a human. In this paper, I explore the potential of AI to generate writing that can convincingly pass the Turing Test and explore the implications of such technology. Over 50% of this paper was written by GPT2 in 2020 using prompts to see if my professor would be able to tell which parts were written by AI, hence creating my own experimental Turing test.
